Treatment cost varies and depends on your condition,location etc. Generally, each session lasts an hour and costs from £35 - £50. The number of sessions you need depends on your condition and reaction to the treatment. If you have a chronic problem it takes longer to work. Please check with your Doctor before you start your treatment.

Reiki is a form of ‘hands-on healing’ which comes from ancient Sanskrit texts rediscovered by Mikao Usui in the late 1800’s in Japan. The Japanese word Reiki means ‘Universal Energy’, the energy which flows through all living things and is vital to well-being.

This energy is known as ‘ki’ in Japan, ‘chi’ in China, and ‘prana’ in India. Acupuncture, tai chi and yoga use the same energy. How can Reiki help me?

Reiki can work on many different levels, from stress related problems to relationship dilemmas. The healing effects are often felt in-between treatments, where the circumstances causing the situation or problem gently (sometimes dramatically) fall into place and things miraculously work out for the better. We get unstuck and back on the right path, and all of a sudden, doors of opportunity seem to appear and life starts to flow more easily.

Reiki can accelerate the healing of physical problems especially post-operative recovery, balance the emotions including stress, trauma and grief, and free us from restrictive mental attitudes, like jealously, anxiety and anger. It may also provide a closer connection with inner wisdom.

Reiki Courses

There are three levels of Reiki to learn:

REIKI ONE - Heal Yourself (Healer level)

Reiki One is a one day course from 10am to 5pm includes History of Reiki, Self-Healing, Grounding and Meditation. The full price is £75.00 including 4 attunements, certificate and detailed manual.

REIKI TWO - Heal Others (Practitioner level)

This is a longer one-day course starting at 10am to 6pm, including 3 Reiki Symbols, Healing Others and Distant Healing.

The full price is £120.00. Includes 2 attunements, detailed PDF manual and certificate.

REIKI THREE - Attune and Teach (Reiki Master Teacher)

This is a one day course from 10am to 5pm and includes Tibetan and Usui versions of the Reiki Master Symbol, Attuning Others and Creating Abundance too. The full price is £180.00 now including certificate and complete manual (Reiki 1, 2 and 3) By appointment only.

All courses are held in comfortable surroundings withl teas from the east and biscuits provided and groups are no larger than 4 people. We usually go out for lunch to a nearby cafe and please wear comfy clothes. Bring water and paper too! All prices include on-going support if needed.

HOW TO BOOK
